These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Act and determine the terms of use of the website and the terms of purchase via the florentina.si website, which is operated by Florentina Baloni doo (hereinafter: the provider).
The General Terms and Conditions of Business address the operation of the Florentina online store, the rights of the buyer, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order).

2. Accessibility of information
The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before purchase:
- company identity (name and registered office of the provider);
- contact information that enables the buyer to communicate quickly and efficiently with the provider;
- product description and details;
- prices clearly and unambiguously marked and clearly shown whether they already include taxes and delivery costs;
- possible payment methods;
- validity period of the offer;
- delivery/personal collection conditions (costs, method and time of delivery/personal collection).
3. Login/Registration
Login and/or registration is not required to place an order.
When placing an order, the buyer must fill in the information that is mandatory for submitting an online order.
4. Order
You can order products via online ordering on our website florentina.si or by email to info@florentina.si 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We will treat all orders received as irrevocable. In the event of an error in the order, the buyer can cancel or change the order without additional costs, if it is still being processed and has not yet been sent by mail. You can also order products by phone at 041 412 162 every weekday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
When ordering personalized gift packages, you can choose delivery to your desired location (see list) or personal pickup if we do not deliver to your desired location.
The cost of delivering personalized gift packages within the given timeframes (Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 6 pm) and to certain locations is €9.90.
If you select a specific delivery date and time, the delivery cost will increase. The cost of delivering personalized gift packages within your own time frame (Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 8 pm) and to your own designated location is €50.00.
When the provider receives the buyer’s order, the buyer receives a notification of receipt of the order. After receiving payment, the provider prepares the goods for delivery/personal collection. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider sends the order confirmation.
5. Prices
All prices are in euros. VAT is calculated based on Article 94, paragraph 1 of the Value Added Tax Act (we are liable for VAT).
Prices are valid until new prices are published. We reserve the right to make errors on the website, both in the image and text, and we do not assume responsibility for them. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
All prices in the Florentina online store are product prices and do not include shipping costs. The price displayed at the end of each order consists of the cost of purchasing the products, delivery/shipping costs and any payment costs.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price published at the time of placing the order is valid. Prices are the same regardless of the type of payment.
Due to the nature of the business, the provider strives to update product information. Despite efforts to publish up-to-date and accurate information in the Florentina online store, it may happen that the information in the description is incorrect. In this case, or if the information changes during the order processing itself, the provider will provide the buyer with access to the purchase or offer him the best possible solution.
6. Payment method
The Florentina online store allows the following contactless payments:
- Payment by invoice (TRR) with transfer to the account of Florentina baloni doo – intended primarily for legal entities. The buyer receives a pro forma invoice to the specified email address. The buyer must settle the payment obligations by transfer to our transaction account, no later than 24 hours before delivery . The order will be held until receipt of payment confirmation. After receipt of payment according to the offer/pro forma invoice, the order will proceed to the processing process and then to shipping. With this payment method, the delivery process may be extended, for which Florentina is not responsible.
- Payment by credit card (MasterCard, American Express, Visa) via the online payment interface (redirect to secure payment) – intended primarily for individuals.
7. Issuance of invoice
Florentina baloni doo will send an invoice to the buyer in PDF format to the buyer’s email address after delivery. If the buyer personally collects the purchased products at the collection point, they will receive a printed invoice upon collection.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing an order. Any objections made later against the correctness of the issued invoices will not be taken into account.
8. Delivery
To ensure top quality and optimization, we only deliver personalized gift packages using our own logistics service. Gift package delivery is only possible to the locations listed below.

9. Personal pickup
If your location is not on the list, you can pick up your ordered products in person, free of charge, at the FLORENTINA physical store, Citypark Ljubljana shopping center, Moskovska ulica 4, 1000 Ljubljana from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
We prepare the gift especially for you within 24 hours. Each gift is carefully and freshly prepared, so we recommend that it be given the same day or at the latest the next day after preparation (the LED lights are already lit in the gift).
For orders of five or more gifts, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability and the extent of preparation.
If there is any ambiguity or missing information, we will contact you personally after receiving your order. When placing your order, you can choose the desired delivery date and time and specify whether the order will be delivered to you or directly to the recipient.

The Provider strives to establish an effective system for handling complaints and resolving potential disputes. The Provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The buyer can submit a complaint to the email address info@florentina.si . The complaint handling process is confidential.
The online store reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. Important
The issuance and delivery of wine and spirits can only be carried out to persons over the age of 18. Therefore, the buyer must be of legal age at the time of placing the order, otherwise the provider withdraws from the contract. By agreeing to the general terms and conditions, the buyer confirms that he is over the age of 18. The Minister of Health warns: Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health!
