A beam that doesn’t need electricity<\/strong><\/h2>\n

When we think of giving, we often think of material things first. However, the most powerful rays of kindness are those that we can feel deep within our hearts. <\/p>\n

Giving a ray of kindness means:<\/p>\n

Presence – being there when words are superfluous.<\/p>\n

Sincerity – sending a thought or good wish that comes from the very core of our being.<\/p>\n

Hope – to believe even when the sky above one is completely gray.<\/p>\n

Let’s be each other’s sunshine<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Let’s not wait for great opportunities. Kindness is contagious. When one person lights their lamp of compassion, others find it easier to be around them. The desire for a better tomorrow connects us into that noblest form of community, where it doesn’t matter who we are, but how much warmth we are able to give. <\/p>\n

In this radiation that connects us lies the story of helium, an element born at the very heart of light. The discovery of the new element is often credited to the French astronomer Jules Janssen and the English scientist and astronomer Norman Lockyer, who independently observed a solar eclipse. Through their prisms, they noticed a strange, vivid yellow line that did not correspond to any substance known on Earth. <\/p>\n

Because this mysterious substance was initially only captured in the sun’s rays, they named it after Helios, the ancient Greek god of the Sun. Helium thus became the first element we learned about in the universe, before we even found it under our feet. <\/p>\n

This celestial source of helium is not only a scientific curiosity, but also hides a valuable life metaphor. It is a symbol of lightness and nobility, teaching us that sometimes the most precious things can only be found if we look high above the everyday horizon.
